Find out if we’re a good fit for you
Many growing companies come to us with a similar problem: they’ve outgrown their current operations and are now drowning in manual tasks and unreliable data that cause bottlenecks in their entire revenue operations.
Pipeline management on spreadsheets and managing leads manually might have worked when you were smaller, but now it’s getting harder as your deal volume continues to grow.
Maybe you’ve implemented Salesforce, but you’ve wound up swamped in individual contributor tasks like fixing broken dashboards instead of steering your sales team’s strategy.
And, like most of our clients, you might have thought that hiring that first Salesforce admin would have solved all your problems.
Until you went through another 2 or 3 admins and were still in the same position as before:
Unable to accurately forecast
Having to rifle through 4 or 5 reports just to get the 1 insight you actually need
Embarrassing board meetings and being asked if you actually understand your own numbers
Your SDRs relying on their gut feeling about which leads to reach out to
Unable to explain wild variations in your pipeline
We can help.
You need a Salesforce partner who moves as quickly as you do.
A team that meets with your key stakeholders every week and keeps you in the loop with reliable, open communication.
A team who can make progress in days, not weeks or months.
What you don’t need is an agency who:
- Hits you with a standard SOW which robs you of the flexibility you need
- Outsources your account to admins and contractors who don’t know anything about your business
- Disappears for weeks on end and comes back with a 20-page PDF about what you need to do
- Offers strategy but no implementation
- Offers implementation but has no strategic vision or foresight about how some solutions may affect upstream and downstream teams
- Only works with a limited number of software
We believe that any RevOps partner you hire should feel like an extension of your own team. Which is exactly what you get with Iceberg and our in-house staff model.

Other Agencies
- Outsource your account to cheap contractors who don’t know you or your business
- Only do consulting and leave the wrench work to you
- Provide a SOW contract that leaves little room for flexibility, especially for fast-growing companies whose priorities change frequently
- Disappear for weeks or months on end then provide you with a long list of tasks to be done
- Limited to working with certain software
- Work with as many clients as possible
- Zero predictability on budget because each new project has a different price tag

How Iceberg Transformed TaskRay’s Inbound Sales Funnel with Accurate Lead Status and Meeting Tracking
We’ll kick off your project with a 3-month deep dive into your core business goals.
For long-term engagements not bound by specific projects, our team will continue with regular weekly or monthly sprints to tackle your needs.
We would be doing you a huge disservice if we only focused on Salesforce. Your tech stack is an ecosystem and ignoring half of it leads to broken automations and leaks in your funnel. That’s why we’re tool agnostic and work with a wide range of other software.
A lot of our clients are hiring in-house when they bring us onboard. Many feel that their own internal operations are far too messy for new hires to navigate or understand. We help set up your operations foundation so that when you do bring on more team members, they can actually get their jobs done.
We’re also meticulous about documenting all the processes and systems we’re setting up for you so it’s even easier for new hires to get onboarded and understand your SOPs.
Hiring us while you’re hunting for the perfect hire also means you don’t have to rush, which reduces the chances of hiring the wrong person for the job (often a costly mistake). You can take your time and hire strategically while your operations are being taken care of.
We’ve handled many CRM transfers for our clients, either from legacy systems or from other CRMs. Read this case study to see how we helped Patriot migrate from their legacy CRM and automate their sales process for the first time.
We primarily work with companies who need to bridge the gap between hiring solo contractors with incomplete skill sets and building out their own in-house RevOps team.
We start off with a 3-month commitment because that’s how long it takes to make a significant dent in tackling your operations issues. If you want to continue getting our support, then we move onto a rolling 50-hour/month agreement that you can cancel at any time.
We use a sprint model to work on your projects and meet regularly with key stakeholders so we can respond to your growing and changing needs.
The average tenure of our clients is 14 months.
We’re tool agnostic and work with a wide variety of software including; Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, Zendesk, Salesforce CPQ, Salesloft, LeanData, DocuSign, Clari, and Outreach, just to name a few.
We work exclusively with B2B companies, most of which are growth-stage SaaS companies. Check out our case studies to see how we’ve helped them.
We charge per hour. The rate stays the same no matter what project we’re working on, whereas most other agencies will charge different rates depending on the project. For example, most charge a higher rate for CPQ implementations.
We start our projects with an initial 3-month engagement where we’ll work 50 hours a month on your project and keep in touch with you through weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana communication.
If you’d like to go beyond the standard 50 hours, we can usually accommodate that as we limit how many clients we work with at once.
Finally, if you want to continue working with us, we then move onto a rolling monthly agreement, with a minimum of 50 hours per month which you can continue renewing as long as you need our help.
We understand the anxiety and stress unreliable data and broken systems causes.
It’s time to fix it.
